Spectrum Community Services, Inc. gives public notice of the award of a contract for interim finance support services, procured under the emergency procurement provisions of Spectrum's Board-approved Procurement Policies (§ 4.5).

Proposals were evaluated against the criteria stated in the solicitation, and the contract was awarded to One Abacus Advisory.
