In-Person LIHEAP Assistance Available at Select Locations
Spectrum’s Utility Assistance staff is available in person once a month at select locations. See the calendar below for details. LIHEAP applicants can pick up application forms, drop off completed applications, get questions answered, and get help with completing their LIHEAP applications.
Make sure to bring copies of the following:
- All pages of your most recent energy bill(s).
- All household income documents. See the application packet for specifics.
- Your US government-issued photo ID.
