In-Person LIHEAP Assistance Available at Select Library Locations

Representatives from Spectrum’s Utility Assistance team are available in person for 2 hours once a month at Oakland and Hayward public libraries. At these Tabletop Office Hours, LIHEAP applicants can pick up application forms, drop off completed packets, get questions answered and get help with their applications for one-time per year assistance with energy bills (LIHEAP).

Make sure to bring: 1) A copy of all pages of your current bill(s) including a shut-off notice if you have one; 2) Proof of monthly income for all adults 18 years or older living in the dwelling; 3) A copy of your government-issued ID.
